so many feelings and thoughts…..the expected, NOOOO don’t fall in love with LA, but quickly followed with the somewhat quieter yet much deeper….it is well, nothing surpasses the joy and blessing that comes from watching your children follower their call. 24 years of prayer being answered….blessing beyond measure.
I get this sense there may be a bit of an “Africa” phenomena , some of the details don’t make sense and many can not grasp or appreciate it , but the power and hold it can take on your heart if you are willing and open is very very special and something you will never live free of. The 8 of us up here were just talking about how much we each miss Africa and this strange, strong yearning to return.

Well, this post ended up being quite nice. Although I must admit I was excited when you started off by talking about falling in love with me and disappointed when you said “While I could write a book about our fairy tale romance, that is not the reason I’m writing this post” bummer. Anyway, thanks for sharing your thoughts babe. I am enjoying being on the Los Angeles adventure with you and can’t wait to see what else God has in store for us! LOVE YOU!
